The success of an NGO depends primarily on the contribution and support of the society at large. The contributions are in the form of financial help and/or sharing of knowledge, skills, expertise and capacity to influence (fund raising).

NASEOH has been fortunate to have over 15 highly qualified and committed people from all walks of life and many points of the globe, volunteer their services. Volunteers join the Naseoh family after an informal interview, to match their interests and skill-sets with the needs of Naseoh. The arrangement is inspired by commitment and driven by mutual understanding - ranging from part time to full-time and based on a structured schedule. Volunteers contribute in the following broad categories:

Presently we have volunteers coming to teach our students English, Yoga, Dance, Kitchen Skills, Embroidery skills, Communication Skills, Computer Skills and Documentation. Our volunteers come from the local communities, nationally, and internationally. We recently received help from the Physiotherapy and Occupational therapy students from The University of Sydney for our rural project, and we currently have volunteers from the United States providing assistance in the areas of Marketing, HIV/AIDS Awareness, English Language Training, and Engineering Development and Support for Aids & Appliances built at Naseoh.
