the beginning
Dr. Nosher Antia a well known surgeon and philontropist conceived the
idea of forming an umbrella organization, for all categories of disabled,
with a view to support the concept of equal opportunities for them.
The late Mr. Vijay Merchant - Legendary Cricketer, Industrialist and
philanthropist - concurred with the views of Dr. Antia, and placed the
proposal before a group of eminent people and NASEOH was born.
The
Constitution of NASEOH
National Society for Equal Opportunities for
the Handicapped India - was drafted by Capt.H.J.M. Desai, on 27th September,
1968, and NASEOH was formally founded on 9th December 1968
1983
